Therapist · Life Coach · Family Counsellor

Someone to talk to, heal with, and grow with.

I help people find relief from what's been heavy, and real footing on what's next. Whether you're carrying grief, feeling stuck, or just need someone steady beside you while you find your way — sessions start with where you actually are, and move toward where you actually want to be.

Is This You?

This might be for you.

You don't need a crisis or a diagnosis to start. Most people who reach out are dealing with something far more ordinary than they think.

You keep circling the same thought.

A decision, a conversation, a feeling — you've tried to think your way through it alone, and it just keeps coming back.

You're functioning, but something's off.

Life looks fine from the outside. Underneath, you're running on autopilot, and you can't quite remember when that started.

You're carrying it by yourself.

Not because no one cares — just because it's easier to hold it in than to explain it to someone who might not quite get it.

You're grappling with a major life decision.

A move, a relationship, a career change — something big is in front of you, and you don't just want an opinion. You want to actually think it through, out loud, with someone steady.

Real support, without the premium price tag.

Therapy and coaching typically cost close to double what's listed here. I've kept my rates accessible on purpose — I'd rather make real support reachable in a difficult market than price people out of it.

Make health care in Lesotho affordable.

Too many people put off getting support they really need simply because of the price tag attached to it. I believe that good care shouldn't be a luxury reserved for the few who can afford it — it should be within reach for anyone in Lesotho and wider areas who needs someone to talk to, guidance to move forward, or the skills to build a better livelihood.

About Me

Trained to listen. Practiced at helping people move forward.

I hold a BA Honours degree majoring in Psychology from Rhodes University. I spent the early years of my career working in education as a lecturer and a counsellor, and later worked for government and NGOs as a trainer and facilitator. I have since moved into the coaching space and opened up a practice.

I've spent over fifteen years sitting across from people at turning points, working through: life experiences including anxiety, grief, trauma, and forgiveness in therapy, and mapping out career and life decisions in coaching.

I believe progress happens in plain, honest conversation — not jargon. Every session, whether it's a counselling hour or a coaching check-in, starts with where you actually are.
